Le mercredi 28 mai 2025, la communauté MicrobEx s’est réunie pour assister aux auditions des candidats à l’AAP MicrobEx 2025 ainsi que pour prendre part à la table ronde sur le volet pédagogie du projet MicrobEx.

A l’issue des auditions, le comité d’évaluation et le conseil scientifique ont sélectionnés 6 projets collaboratifs pour recevoir un financement Microb’EX:

Deux bourses de thèses pour les projets:

• Role of HMOs in modulating the risk of dysbiosis and the immune response during the infant gut colonization process: association with the emergence of environmental enteric dysfunction – Porté par: Violeta MOYA ALVAREZ & Julio AIRES (candidat: Pascal SEGURA KLIESOW)

Quatre bourses d’amorçage de projet collaboratifs pour les projets:

• Deciphering the consequences of pathogenic species interactions in a model of polymicrobial skin infection – Porté par: Anne JAMET & Asmaa TAZI
